From Linda Szynkowicz:
Voter fraud is a real issue in Connecticut.
Last summer, Fight Voter Fraud, Inc. submitted an analysis of the state’s voter rolls to the Secretary of the State, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Chief State’s Attorney, and both party chairs—Nancy DiNardo (D) and Ben Proto (R). The submission included evidence of nearly 5,000 double-registered voters and over 100 individuals who had voted in both Connecticut and another state(s). This evidence was delivered via certified mail in a 4-inch binder and a thumb drive containing the raw data.

The Secretary of the State acknowledged receipt and said the materials would be passed along to the State Elections Enforcement Commission (SEEC). The Chief State’s Attorney’s office followed up, with an investigator stating the evidence was clear. However, a week later, the office responded in writing that it, too, would refer the matter to the SEEC. To date, we’ve received no further response.

On May 1, 2024, Fight Voter Fraud, Inc. brought the case to the Connecticut Supreme Court under State Statute 9-368 to compel action. Unfortunately, the Court ruled on standing rather than the merits of the case—and relied on Massachusetts law, not Connecticut law, in making its decision.

We’re proud to have contributed data that supported a letter sent to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi highlighting the serious issues with Connecticut’s voter rolls and violations of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).
